Is Duterte crossing two rivers in Cayetano and Marcos?

During the opening ceremony of the 13th Munato Festival and the 23rd Foundation Anniversary of Sarangani at the Capitol Gymnasium last November 27, 2015 only PDP-Laban standard bearer and Presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte was present without his Vice-Presidential candidate Alan Peter Cayetano.

On the same day, independent Vice-Presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos was also present in the said event.

The two were one-by-one called to share their opening remarks in front of a capacity crowd that saw various candidates in the coming May 2016 elections.

The question that lurks many intuitive minds is that:

Is Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte crossing in between two rivers? Is he really sincere in getting the good senator Alan Peter Cayetano to be his running mate? Is Duterte just using one of them? Or maybe two?

Or...and maybe Duterte and Marcos really had a silent bond about their candidacy in two of the highest positions in the government of the Philippines?

Are these just blind accusations or a mere fact?

Which is which?
